Privacy
Race Shark 🦈 is a private training planner run by Mark Rowe for a few invited running clubmates. No ads, no analytics, and nothing is sold or shared.
What it stores
- From Strava, when you sign in: your athlete ID, name and access tokens; for your runs, the date, distance, times and laps, to tick off planned sessions.
- From intervals.icu, when you connect your watch: your athlete ID and access token.
- Your plan: the race, its date, a recent race time and the days you train.
What it does with it
- Writes your planned workouts to your intervals.icu calendar, and sets your run threshold pace, so they reach your Garmin watch.
- Adds a short summary to the description of a Strava run that matches a planned session. It never changes the title.
- Shows your data only to you. Strava data is never shown to other users or used for AI.
- Reads no Garmin data.
Where it lives
A Supabase database, served from Vercel. Access tokens are encrypted.
Removing it
- Disconnect your watch in Settings, or revoke access in Strava (Settings → My Apps) or intervals.icu.
- Revoking Strava access deletes your Strava tokens and runs straight away.
- Ask Mark and he deletes everything else.
